She was so patient with us, she was readily available to answer any questions, and did whatever she could to make the process of buying our condo smooth and easy. Billie Deese was referred to me by a coworker and recommended as I was having issues with competency in my then current realtor. Billie's approach was a complete 360 from what we were dealing with before. Incredibly professional and VERY tenacious in finding you the right property.

Me and my partner were both first-time home buyers and she responded to every text (often on off hours which I didn't expect, but appreciated), every question, and every call very speedily and with patience. And we both had a LOT of questions as it's a learning process.

Speaking of learning, Billie was able to recommend various companies to use which she vouched for as well as ones that gave us steep discounts. All of which panned out and proved to be incredible assets to our endeavor.

I'm still in awe of Billie's hard work ethic and knowledge in realty. She's incredibly brisk while being incredibly approachable which is a hard thing to pull off, but somehow she does. I felt very safe in her hands and that she was definitively working for me and my best interests. She was very transparent on every step of the process and constantly cheering us on in a very competitive market.

In conclusion, if you're looking for a high end professional who works literally day and night for YOU and YOUR interests, call Billie Deese. Buying a home can be one of life's most challenging & stressful experiences, but Billie can literally and figuratively take the wheel and drive you to the end goal with finesse.

Just wanted to express a token of appreciation for the dedication and expertise that Billie Deese provided my wife and I with the purchase of our condo at Carolina Yacht Landing. From the first phone call up until this point, Billie has really went above and beyond to make sure that we were up-to-speed with the buying process. Her knowledge and worry-free commitment too make sure that the process would be as smooth as possible and that we could leave the work in her hands. From the showing until the closing, she has been a vital part of our purchase and we could not have done it without her committment to excellence. We live in Charlotte and never once had to make a special trip to handle anything. Everything was always timely, punctual, and taken care of professionally. She even took time out of her busy schedule to show us around Little River, Cherry Grove, the best resturants, shopping, grocery stores, places to purchase golf-carts (got to have a golf cart), furniture stores, etc. She also helped us with the electric company as well as the internet company.
