Billie Diamond

With a foundation of experience in media advertising sales, Billie learned from some of the premiere brands in the world, the value, and strategies of marketing. Armed with this knowledge and the unparalleled advertising exposure provided by @properties, this has allowed her to provide the best possible service to her clients. Billie has obtained a thorough knowledge of Chicago's neighborhoods, is experienced in historic home renovations and multi-unit ownership and understands the importance of making a sound investment in an ever-changing marketplace. Billie takes pride in her level of professionalism, is enthusiastic about her job and uses her enthusiasm and honesty to develop a strong level of trust and friendship with her clients that continues beyond the closing table. She has been successful in the business for almost 15 years and takes extraordinary pride in bringing an element of fun and laughter to an often overwhelming and stressful process, in addition to educating her clients and giving them confidence in their decisions. Billie is a graduate of University of Colorado, Boulder and received her B.A. in 1998. She balances a remarkably busy life with her husband and three beautiful daughters and understands how important it is to listen to and understand the diverse needs of her clients. She spent over two years rehabbing a National Landmark home in Ukrainian Village and uses her experience to help guide her clients during large or small renovation projects. She has owned several multi-unit homes and knows firsthand the benefits and challenges of being a property owner. Billie is now making the transition to living and doing business in the North Shore and looks forward to expanding her level of expertise in both markets.
