Billy Cassie and his wife Sharon became Realtors® because they have always been interested in real estate. They’ve invested in it, owned various properties over the years, and have been both a buyer and seller numerous times. In 2009, Billy became a licensed real estate agent. In addition to their commitment to providing clients with the most satisfactory service possible, they are also passionate about what they do. They have firsthand knowledge of waterfront living, significantly benefiting buyers and sellers of waterfront property.
Billy is a licensed contractor with a long history and background in construction. For over 30 years, he owned a plumbing company in New Jersey and held a New Jersey and Florida plumbing license. Over the years, he has always been involved in real estate, whether buying and renovating houses or building new construction. He knows quality when he sees it, and he’s always happy to share his knowledge and experience with his clients.
As a licensed Real Estate Broker, he can assist his clients in many ways other agents cannot. He knows firsthand the details of owning, renovating, and managing property and has that innate ability to spot a “diamond in the rough.” His experience allows him to ensure buyers and sellers know all options, whether purchasing a home or investment property, renovating, or preparing a home to sell. His background in construction and the real estate industry is a great balance between knowing what he’s looking at in a home and giving clients full respect and patience.
They have watched Ocean and Monmouth County grow and become an exciting places to live, play, and raise children! Negotiating comes naturally for them both since they have done it most of their life. Their passion for real estate, diligence, and negotiating skills get the job done.

Sharon grew up in Wall, NJ, where she lived on a small Farm with her parents and two sisters. Sharon and Billy have owned, operated, and sold several local small businesses over the years. Together, they give clients their best, and their enthusiasm for doing what they love shows.
They have been married for over 40 years. They have two children, Amy and Billy, and three grandchildren, Blake Brynn and Brooke. They enjoy boating, fishing, scuba diving, skiing, and snowboarding. Billy enjoys music and plays guitar and piano. They are both easy-going, not pushy.
