I chose Bill as my relator because when I met him he was punctual, professional and gave me some good tips to get my property sold for top dollar. During the process of selling my house Bill advised me, and gave suggestions but always allowed me to make the final decision. Also during the inspection there was a issue the professionals could not figure out. Bill took it upon himself to go out, rollup his sleeves and figured the problem out. This allowed the closing date to stay on schedule. I definitely will call Bill to represent me again in any future real-estate ventures.

Mr. Bill was amazing through the whole process of us selling our home. He was very knowledgeable with all the steps that we needed to take and patient with all our crazy questions. He is not only a realtor but, he is now a life long friend. This man helped us with anything we needed and bent over backwards to get our home ready to sell! Bill is the most patient, knowledgeable, and friendliest realtor. He was always there right when we needed him. He would answer any questions, texts or calls swiftly. He managed to help work his magic and get us our dream home which we could not have done without him! We worked with Billy for over a year to find a home closer to our grandkids. Billy was very patient and never did try to force a home on us/ He listened to our desires and when we did decide to make an offer he stayed very involved to ensure we understood all of the closing data. He also was available on short term desires to view houses. I would recommend Billy if you are desiring a non-pressured house hunt.

We were blessed to connect with Billy. Neither my husband or I had purchased real estate in over 40 years. As such, things had changed and we were unprepared. Billy's knowledge of real estate coupled with his excellent skills of communicating to us the process made it so easy. From the first phone call, everything was handled with speed and follow through. As we were relocating from Florida to Alabama, he took advantage of technology to let us have online walk thoughts with perfect detail. This saved us many trips that would have been unnecessary. Billy never tried to pressure us. Instead, he guided us in the ways to get what we wanted. When we found the home we loved, he helped us effectively negotiate the deal, guiding us the whole way. We had our first look at the house and in less than one month the home was ours. In this process we gained our first new friend in the area. We were truly blessed! Thank you Billy.

Bill Goza is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. Moving from out of state, Bill was sure to have a weekend full of scheduled visits that he felt fit my needs. Bill joined me at the inspections, helped with negotiations to ensure I had the best deal, and even guided projects I wanted to start after the purchase. His expertise is unmatched and I wouldn't imagine doing business with anyone else. Highly recommended.

Mr. Goza helped us purchase a foreclosed property in Alabama. We exhausted him with multiple visits and he was always punctual and pleasant. Once we were almost complete with the rehab he came to visit us and helped with a number of issues with the house, even climbing underneath to help with a septic tank issue.
I can't say enough about how wonderful a person he is, and what a capable and professional real estate advocate he is. I would not hire anyone else in this area - either selling or buying. Thanks Billy for all you do.

Bill was a wonderful realtor to work with during the process of purchasing our first home!
