We highly recommend Bill Grubb. Bill carefully guided us through all phases of the home search & purchase process. He won us the bid on the house we really wanted, in a very competitive market. Due to his pleasant & patient personality, he communicated well with us, the seller's agent & our mortgage agent. Bill spent many hours with us from start to finish going over all the complicated documents. He promptly responded to our emails & texts, including on two major holidays. Bill knows dependable & reasonably priced local professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, escrow agents & repair/improvement contractors.

Bill was amazing to work with and immensely thankful for his ability to put us in position to win the bidding process (and not over pay). We had been looking in San Diego for nearly a year with no success. After switching to Bill we were able to find a wonderful home and close on it.

In addition to being able to close the deal, Bill is just a truly wonderful person to work with. There was never any pressure to put offers in or overpay just to win. One thing my husband and I both appreciated was that Bill took the time to look for and suggest homes based on what he knew about our preferences.

Bill and his son were great to work with. Prior to closing, they were responsive and walked my wife and I through process of securing the MD home loan to ensure we received the lowest interest rate possible. After closing on our home, they gathered quotes for roofers and dry wallers, and even hired handymen to come to our house after we moved in. They went above and beyond our expectations.

Bill Grubb specialization as a realtor for physicians really paid off for me. Bill is not only a great realtor, with amazing customer service, but he also was able to help me get an amazing loan with zero down that no San Diego banks offer. Bill was so helpful in educating me through every step of the process. He never made me feel pressured or rushed, but when the perfect house came available, he was great. Even when there were other offers and mine was zero down, Bill was able to educate the seller’s how strong my offer was since it was a physician loan. I love my home and thank you Bill! Bill Grubb is your go-to person in all of San Diego County if you're interested in non-conventional loans. I "shopped around" after my first meeting with Bill and no one had the expertise and connections that he had. Bill then helped me with my first home.
