In 2012 I was on a mission to buy a mountain home. Billy cut right to the chase scene and found 6 potential homes to look at in less than a week. He held my hand in the negoiation process and was instrumental in closing the deal. Most importantly, Billy is a good listener. Stephen Billy Harris is the expert in Transylvania Country for sale of land. I bought a large lot near Brevard and improved it over the last several years. Everytime I call Stephen He answers my call. If he doesn't, I leave a message and I get a call back the same day. I have met with him several times needing to discuss the property.
