Billy Jo was great and helped us find our first home! She helped right from the start by collecting prospective homes in our custom portal. She was always available for house tours, even with our crazy schedules. She found homes that we would like, including the home that we ended up buying. Even though there were very few pictures available online, she urged us to tour the house and we loved it. Billy Jo also fought for us and got us reimbursed when the old owners took appliances with them. It was a pleasure working with her!
