Billy Ogilvie has been in business for over 37 years working Full Time, providing Full Service  in the Real Estate Industry. He has cultivated enduring relationships within the industry, successfully marketing and closing properties. He works with sellers -  Selling properties for 1% - through a successful, comprehensive, marketing campaign, architectural photography and experienced negotiations.

started as a multi-million dollar producer for a direct lender.  Early on
in his lending career, Billy realized that he could provide a high level of
service to those in need through real estate sales also.  In 1992, he obtained his real estate sales person's license while working as a lender. 
When Billy became a Realtor, his knowledge of the mortgage industry helped him become and remain a top producer in real estate sales in both new home and residential resell.  During his ten years at Coldwell Banker, Billy received an award for being in the top 10 nationwide for selling his own listings. Billy and his wife transitioned to RE/Max and eventually opened their own office with a full staff.

As of today, Billy has assisted hundreds of clients and closed thousands of transactions.  Many of the people he has met have become close friends.
