To start off like most of us I am a person who is constantly on the go and rarely has time to leave reviews, so as I take the time out of my day to write this one it’s meaningful:

With saying that, I have never met a team more professional than 253 Realty. Billy and Nathan have exceeded my partner and I’s expectations when it came to finding our home. They were flexible and considerate of our time, they were excellent at directly communicating with us the process of buying a home (i.e., first time home buyers), as well as they were both just genuinely great human beings that I would be comfortable recommending to any of my closest friends or family.

Thank you again Billy, Nathan and the team at 253 Realty, you guys are beyond amazing, and that seems to be rare in this day in age!!

Billy has been extremely helpful and transparent from day one. He went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered and that we completely understood everything. He made adjustments in his schedule to accommodate ours and made us feel like his top priority. During house tours, he explored the house with us discovering things and pointing them out (that `70s throwback, haha) and made it an enjoyable experience. Billy never made us feel pressured into anything and reassured us that if we had any further questions to never hesitate to contact him. Keep up the awesome work you do Billy!
