Billy Washington

Billy Washington brings over 14 years of real estate and due diligence experience to the US Realty Partners team. Prior to US Realty Partners, Billy was a part of the title services team at Zillow in their Dallas, Texas office. While at Zillow, Billy was a top producer and responsible for escrow services and payment disbursements to clients. Billy Washington has a wealth of knowledge regarding commercial real estate financing, due diligence analysis and market research for all commercial real estate asset classes. Mr. Washington previously worked in the corporate real estate group for Altisource, one of the largest real estate companies in the world.

Billy is a native of Texas and has 2 beautiful children. Billy is an active member of his church and volunteers for several organizations that help inner city youth. Billy also was an MMA fighter and today still trains other athletes as well.

Billy received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Dallas Baptist University with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate. Billy is a licensed real estate salesmen in the State of Texas.
