Binford Jennings was born in Asheville in 1955, 4th generation Ashevillian. She attended Clemson University in the 80's where she earned her Master of Architecture, after earning her B.S. in Interior Design. Having renovated a Queen Anne & a Federal Style house in Ohio, a 1920s house in Durham and a 1950s house in Asheville, Binford brings vision to the business of real estate. She brings to the table over 25 years of architectural experience, making her a seasoned multi-tasker with a high level of attention to detail. She is a Certified Staging Professional from the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP) which is especially useful when listing property. Binford is also an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).
She is an artist and enjoys hand throwing pottery, having attended Penland School in Spruce Pine, NC. Binford enjoys her sons, dog, cat, biking, hiking, canoeing, reading, music and fabulous restaurants in Asheville. When it comes to great food, festivals, music & natural beauty...
