Early in her Real Estate career, Binki worked on-site in new home construction/sales for a small builder. Both Binki and the builder quickly grew, and she moved into marketing and then became an award-winning Sales Manager for a staff of over one hundred. When she left the company in 2005 as Vice President of sales, that small builder had become one of the nation’s top one hundred large production builders. She has also consulted, mentored, coached, and trained builders, on-site agents, and other real estate professionals.
