I am most grateful to have had Birgit as my agent. She went out of her way time and time again to not only professionally market my home, but to look after it in my absence. I was already working in another state with limited time in NC and I felt comfortable she was handling things so I didn't have to worry. She did not live close by so she was going out of her way to help.
Rest assured you would have a hard time finding a more dedicated person to help you find or sell a home. Birgit is awesome!
