Bita is an amazing realtor, and we feel so lucky to have worked with her as we bought our first home! She was there for us through all the ups and downs — from touring homes to walking us through the offer and negotiation process. We had no idea what we were doing at the start, but Bita made everything feel very manageable.

She took the time to get to know what we were looking for and was super responsive whenever we needed anything. Whether it was hopping on a call to talk through the inspection or helping us weigh pros and cons of a place, she was always patient and thoughtful.

Most importantly, we could tell she genuinely cared about helping us find the right home — not just any home. That meant so much to us. We honestly don’t know how we would’ve done it without her!

I would highly recommend Bita Dayhoff. We chose Bita as our agent because she was meticulously prepared with market research and knew that she would work tirelessly on our behalf (which she did). We followed her advice along the way and were very pleased to receive multiple offers (well above asking price), the weekend our house went on the market. She made the process easy (e-signing all those documents), and even had the title agent come to my house to sign the settlement papers. Bita Dayhoff deserves 10 stars! As a first time home buyer, I was very overwhelmed while touring homes. I didn't know what key aspects to look for in a home that help define its quality. Particularly in this hot real estate market, I had fear that I would have to settle for a home that I didn't really love. Bita came into my life and saved the day! She has a very comprehensive understanding of local geography and has great attention to detail. She is an incredible communicator, and worked quickly and efficiently to find several homes that were in my price range and that I loved. She also guided me through the home buying process since I had no prior experience. Within one month of working with Bita, I found my dream house that was in a great location, had all of the accommodations I requested, and was at the right price. The best part - my offer was accepted within a day! We closed in four weeks. I can't thank Bita enough for all of her help.

It took no time for Bita to schedule us 2 showings, put in the apps and BAM, in less than 24 hrs of viewing, approved by one of the two options. Although she had PLENTY of other places she sent for options. She was so patient with us, but also worked with our situation as best she could.
