I have been in the Real Estate Business for over 10 years now. My research abilities from working as a Chemist has made me successful in obtaining the best creative deals in the various markets. Along with my background in Math, I am able to work numbers for my clients to negotiate and achieve the best deals possible. I graduated from Howard University and have a passion for working real estate. There is nothing more fulfilling then making what looks like the impossible, possible! Our experience with BJ has been nothing short of amazing. From the time I contacted her, until our closing, she has made our first time home buying experience positive. Bj is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate transaction. She keeps up to date on market trends and various loan programs. She is very experienced in complex transactions. Her excellent negotiating skills enabled us to win a bid on a very marketable property that could have easily ended up in a bidding war.
