I have known Blaine for many years and have worked with him on both sides, as a seller and a buyer looking for a home. Blaine and his staff are very responsive when we had questions and made both processes much easier.
Blaine is very knowledgeable about the market, the process and is also a wealth of information while viewing a home, as well as local area knowledge. From start to finish Blaine was a pleasure to work with and absolutely made the process less stressful as a result of his knowledge, his responsiveness in answering questions or gathering requested information and the staff he has put into place.

Blaine and his team did a great job managing the listing and marketing our house. His knowledge of the real estate market in Parkersburg is extensive and due to his expertise we had multiple offers and accepted a contract within 24 hrs. Blaine is very professional and knowledgeable about the real estate business. He is a good guy and he has been great to work with. We used Blaine to list our home and I think it was 4-5 offers within 24 hours. I believe the write up and great pictures made our listing stand out to make that happen. When we were ready to buy our new home we used Blaine again and after showing us several properties he finally found us the perfect one before it even hit the market. He helped to gently steer us away from some that we’re thankful for and lead us to the perfect neighborhood.

Blaine is a consummate professional! Did the research, found out that Blaine was in the top 3 sales of homes in 2019. Met him, liked him, did the remodeling needed, signed the sales agreement. Three (3) days later signed a sales contract. 3 days! Participated in a remote closing from our home in Texas. You can't go wrong with Blaine, he's our friend for life!

Blaine went above and beyond in our process of buying our first home. Towards the end he took over everything due to the lack of communication we were experiencing from our loan officer. He got everything finalized and made it smoother process and we thank him immensely for that.
