My family and I moved to Columbia, SC from abroad. We worked with multiple realtors and lenders who did not take our wants and needs into consideration during our home buying process.

It was by chance that we found Blair and we're so happy that we did.

Blair took detailed noted about what we were searching for in a house. She was able to assemble her "dream team" and got us pre-approved for a home in six hours and found our dream home less than 48 hours after meeting her. She suggested an offer and thankfully it was approved.

Even after the offer was accepted, she continued to check in weekly and update us about every step in the homebuying process. She gave us the dates for each inspection, walk through and meeting concerning our home. Blair was always available to answer any questions we had.

We're eternally grateful that we met her and look forward to having her assist us on all of our future homebuying journies.

Blair was a blessing. She went above and beyond to search and find us a great home. We had very specific needs for an out of state move. There were a few glitches and she handled them with cool confidence and integrity. I'm sure other realtors would have given up, but Blair persevered.
