About Blair

After 7 years of being on call 24-7 in the mortuary business, she finally got tired and decided it was time to try something new. Her mom married a man who was the nephew to a real estate industry ICON, Jaci Coan (our late broker / owner.) She went to real estate school and as soon as she passed her tests, she went directly to her office. She started with RE/MAX Trinity and hit the ground running. Her business has since doubled year after year, and she is more eager than ever to create a legacy that even remotely resembles the legacy left by the one and only Jaci Coan.

As a realtor, she strives to build a relationship FIRST. before any business matters are discussed. She wants her clients to trust her and know that no matter what, they can count on her to represent them in the best way possible, in every aspect of such a major transaction. When we sit down, there will be no pamphlets, no binders, no slide shows. We will sit, and we will talk. You get her in her most authentic state before a pen hits the paper. If we do not click, it does not matter whether she is good at real estate. She is proud of her morals and her character and her love for people.
