Hi, I’m Blair Self, a real estate agent with Osborn & Fitz Real Estate proudly serving both Missouri and Kansas. I grew up in Missouri and have deep roots in the Kansas City area, giving me firsthand knowledge of the communities, neighborhoods, and lifestyle that make this area feel like home.
Before transitioning into real estate, I spent nearly a decade in education earning my Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and my Master’s in Language and Literacy while teaching and mentoring students, teachers and families.
My background in education shaped the way I work with clients with patience, communication, organization, and a genuine desire to help people feel informed and confident through every step of the process. In addition to real estate, I also work closely with my family’s construction business, giving me valuable insight into homes, new construction, exterior improvements, and property value.
Whether you’re buying your first home, building a new construction home, relocating, or preparing to sell, my goal is to make the process feel exciting, manageable, and personal.
Outside of work, I’m a wife and busy mom of three boys, and you can usually find me at a baseball field, football game, BMX track, or spending time with family.
