If anyone knows Texas real estate, it’s me. I’m Blake Scroggins — a fifth-generation Texan with deep roots in this great state’s people, land, and values. My path to real estate wasn’t a straight line. I worked in advertising sales, commercial roofing, mobile home sales, and eventually transitioned into residential and commercial real estate. Along the way, I gained invaluable experience in home building, mortgage lending, and property management — but more importantly, I learned how to serve people.
By 1997, I was managing a new home sales office. Five years later, I opened my own mortgage lending company. And in 2005, I found my true calling — launching a real estate agency where I could combine my knowledge, my network, and my heart for helping people.
For over 32 years, I’ve been honored to walk alongside thousands of Texans as they’ve made life-changing real estate decisions — buying their first home, expanding their investment portfolio, selling property that no longer fits, or finding land to build on. About My Family:
I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for over 40 years. Together, we’ve built a beautiful life with three wonderful children, nine grandchildren, and two spirited rescue Min Pins. We’re active in our church and community and love spending time outdoors — whether it’s fishing, traveling, taking photos, bowling, or a game of chess.
