Where do I even start...My other half & I jumped head first into one of the craziest housing markets in history for buyers, luckily we came across Monina through a referral after leaving our first agent due to experiencing unprofessionalism & left with many unanswered questions. After going to several open houses, we met Blanca "Monina" showing one of her properties. We were in an immediate need to purchase and new at the entire experience. Blanca, often goes by the nickname Monina has been the best experience that I have ever had when purchasing and selling a home. Monina has helped me sell my home as well as buy a new home. She was thorough with every step of the process and I have never felt so comfortable. Monina is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. Blanca (Monina) worked with my wife and I for several months to find a house in New Jersey. We moved from Long Island NY and did not know much about where to live in New Jersey. Monina was extremely knowledgeable about the different towns and gave us a complete history on all of the towns that fit best for us. She helped us decide that Franklin Lakes in Bergen County was the best area for my family. We must’ve seen 20 houses before we found our dream home. Monina was so patient with us and understood all our needs. The best part was that she always has a smile and is always very pleasant. Even after we closed on our dream home, she called to check on us and see how we were adjusting to the new house and location. Thank you for all the time you spent with us to find our dream home and for showing that there are real estate agents that really care for people to get them into the right home and location.
