It was such a pleasure to work with Blas! After my mom passed away, I was so overwhelmed with the thought of cleaning out, fixing, and selling my childhood home. Blas was patient and understanding, and offered me resources for donating all of the furnishings. His team worked tirelessly to repair, remodel, and stage the home to give it a beautiful makeover for the next lucky family. Anytime I had questions about the progress on the house or paperwork, he was available to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with the process. He saw the potential in the house and we built a trusting relationship that allowed for his vision and creativity to shine in the final product. The house turned out AMAZING and we found our buyer in 2 days and closed escrow in record time! Blas is professional, courteous, responsive and I would highly recommend working with him.
