Bob Allison

Bob has been a shoreline resident for over 35 years. Originally from Boston and yes – a Red Sox fan.

During that time, they raised 2 daughters and a son—and now are happy grandparents to 10 wonderful grandchildren. They keep them young and as he and his wife Nancy enjoy spending time with them and watching their soccer and hockey games whenever possible.

Since graduating from college, he has been involved in direct sales.

For the last 11 years he has worked helping clients preparing their home to sell and finding the property to call home. He has been very grateful for how quickly his business has grown and all the lifetime friendships that came to be during the process.

His recent sales include over 90 transactions totaling $40,000,000.00 in sales. Sales have been averaging 95% of list price.
