Bob's primary goal has always been a highly satisfied buyer or seller. Through a complete understanding of the process, he has always believed people gain comfort. Bob believes a team effort is essential and loves to work with exceptionally involved clients. Bob has been in the Real Estate business for over 25 years in North Orange County although his experience with banks and relocation has taken him to many other areas. Having been certified in Probate and Trust give him added experience in working alongside attorneys and with the court system. Bob is also a Certified Short Sale Specialist. He has been named as the top 2% in the industry and has achieved many awards as a result. Bob continues to attend classes covering Real Estate Law, Negotiation Techniques as well as ongoing Technology conferences to stay, primarily, on top of marketing. The areas Bob works are Yorba Linda, Placentia, Anaheim Hills, Brea, Orange and many other bordering cities.
