In 1980 started as a Mortgage Professional doing residential home loans via FHA, VA, & Conv. Soliciting loans thru the real estate community. Opened Bear Creek Realty in 1996. Lisa Clark, my wife, mother of our children and business partner since 1983 is also an expert in mortgage, escrow, title, and real estate investments. We have experienced all aspects of the real estate transaction personally many times over. We have worked, lived, and play in the Bear Creek Golf Community for 26 years.
