Bob's brother, Joe Fannon is a Real Estate Appraiser/Broker in the Smoky Mountain area of Tennessee and his sister Lois Fannon Jost is a top selling agent in the Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach Florida area. You could say that real estate is in his blood!
