We recently worked with Bob and Cheryl to buy and sell at the same time. The process went smoothly and they were unfailingly patient with my pickiness in what I wanted in my next home. When it came time to close on both houses our mortgage company dropped the ball and left us homeless over the weekend.

Bob went above and beyond and we were able to move into our new house before closing so we wouldn’t be stuck in a motel with a toddler, a dog, and cats. It was truly amazing and I will never forget it. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

Cheryl is the best real estate agent EVER! She is so delightful, caring, quick, and courteous. There is absolutely no waiting when working with Cheryl, she gets documents and necessary paperwork handled lightning quick. Any explanations needed regarding contracts, Cheryl will walk you through everything with delight, patience, and professionalism. Cheryl was so amazing finding me everything I wanted when purchasing my first home in 2014 that I asked her to be my agent again in 2021 when it was time to sell that home. Home buying and selling can be extremely stressful, but with Cheryl Reavis it doesn't have to be!

We made a smart decision when we contacted Cheryl Reavis to help us buy our new home. Even though buying a house is a big decision and can be very stressful, Cheryl put us at ease by really listening to us to find out exactly the kind of house we wanted. She took us through the whole process in a very kind, friendly, yet professional manner. Cheryl was always very quick to respond to calls and emails. And, we really appreciated her honesty and thorough knowledge about the local housing market, and other questions we posed to her about specific houses. We never felt that she was just trying to sell us a house, but that she was a mentor and friend trying to help us make the best decision. She is kind, diplomatic, and very easy to work with.
