We recently worked with Bob and Cheryl to buy and sell at the same time. The process went smoothly and they were unfailingly patient with my pickiness in what I wanted in my next home. When it came time to close on both houses our mortgage company dropped the ball and left us homeless over the weekend.

Bob went above and beyond and we were able to move into our new house before closing so we wouldn’t be stuck in a motel with a toddler, a dog, and cats. It was truly amazing and I will never forget it. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.
