Bob Guglielmi

Shortly after graduating from the University of San Francisco, Bob began his career with the Haggar Clothing Company in 1979. After a 29 year corporate career starting as a Sales Associate and retiring as Vice President West Coast Sales Manager Bob joined SC Properties.

This was a logical transition since he has been associated with the founding partners of SC Properties since the company’s inception. Bob started investing in real estate in 1978 and has always been an active investor. Buying and improving single family homes which eventually led to multi-family apartments and commercial properties are his specialty. Bob has 29+ years of experience in buying, selling, and improving properties of all types.
