Construction Knowledge - My knowledge of home construction is extremely important when inspection issues arise.
Real Estate Experience - Full time profession for over 40 years specializing in listing, marketing and selling residential real estate in Monroe County and surrounding areas.

Bob’s Biography:

Bob is a lifelong resident of Monroe County and has been in the Real Estate profession for over 40 years. During that time a lot has changed and he has kept up with all of it. Bob consistently attends educational events and webinars to gain knowledge of trends in marketing and technology as well as new laws and regulations. He is a respected Trusted Advisor to buyers and sellers as well as other agents and brokers.

Bob believes in giving back to his profession by actively serving at all levels of the Realtor Associations. He considers his greatest accomplishment was serving as President of the 33,000 member Pennsylvania Association of Realtors in 2008. He later earned the REALTOR of Year award from the Association in 2012.

Mr. Hay is considered a leader in the community as well. He has led the effort to re-establish rail service in Monroe County having been successful in getting freight operations that creates and retains jobs in the region. He continues to work with Federal, State and Local officials to bring back passenger service to Northern New Jersey and New York City.

Bob is a Vietnam veteran serving in Bien Hoa during the TET offensive. He is also a past Chief of the Pocono Mountain Volunteer Fire Company.

He resides in Mt. Pocono with his wife of 40 years, Beverly. They share interests in classic cars, NASCAR, photography and wildlife. They enjoy road trip vacations exploring our beautiful country.
