Growing up on Lake Tahoe’s North Shore, Bob understands mountain living and premium locations. He worked with his father as a real estate agent in the mid-1990s, gaining valuable insight and experience in the industry.
Bob is familiar with the Denver Metro area and the entire state of Colorado. He moved to Aspen in 1985 and was the only snowboard instructor in the area during the winter of 1986. Shortly after that season, Bob opened Sessions Snowboard Shop in Denver. Living in various Mile High neighborhoods, he has intimate knowledge of the geographic layout, as well as the feel for each section of Denver.
He has over 30 years of experience working as a sports agent, representing numerous top-level athletes. Bob has negotiated some of the largest deals in action sports and attended multiple Olympic and action sports events in an agent’s capacity. His reputation has always been securing the best deals for his clients.
Considered one of the pioneers of modern snowboarding, Bob’s experience in action sports has brought him to many popular resort regions around the world, giving him first-hand views of great scenery, as well as real estate in each area. He has always taken an interest in property values and has made a habit of looking at local real estate in every place he visits.
