Bob Knight

Bob was raised in Tampa, FL, and Decatur, GA with 2 siblings. As a child, Bob aspired of being in marketing and sales. Never in a million years did he think he’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life.

Bob was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard.

As the years went by, Bob worked his way from banking supervisor to industrial equipment consultant, never wavering in his resolve to become the best version of himself with each career move.

Bob started in the real estate industry 36 years ago while he was searching for a new career. He set out to obtain his Georgia Real Estate license and joined Coldwell Banker as a new home onsite agent.

As his career advanced, Bob found his stride working with residential resale, new home, and investor home sales in the north Atlanta market. He’s an expert in working with Veterans; First Time Homebuyers; New Home Construction; and is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist for Inherited Properties. Bob is a Listing Expert and has a Proven System for Selling Homes Fast for Top Dollar.

Bob lives in Gwinnett County with his wife, Brenda, also a Top Producing REALTOR®. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family at the lake, boating, fishing, golfing, and grilling out.
