Bob McGough

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was a sales analyst for the Baldwin County Revenue Commission in Alabama. Mr. McGough began his career as a real property appraiser with R.L. Farmer & Co., based in Fairhope, Alabama. In both former roles, he was responsible for compiling, analyzing and valuing commercial and residential real estate data in the Baldwin County area.

Mr. McGough has appraised a wide variety of income producing properties such as office buildings, retail centers and neighborhood/community shopping centers, industrial facilities (manufacturing and distribution warehouses), multifamily properties, land, freestanding retail buildings, medical office buildings, fixed base operations, aviation hangers RV resorts, Self-Storage, and surgical centers. Additional experience includes providing market rent studies and creating detailed sales comparables for land and improved properties and real property tax assessment.
