Bob Peterson

Bob joined Lee & Associates in June 2024, assuming the role of Associate Broker. His real estate journey began in 1975 at Woods Brothers Realty in Lincoln, NE, where he quickly became one of the company's top brokers. By the early 1990s, Bob had transitioned his focus to commercial real estate, establishing himself as a prominent figure and leading broker in the Lincoln, NE market. With nearly five decades of experience in the industry, Bob has specialized in industrial and retail leasing & sales, as well as numerous transactions involving commercial and agricultural land. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Kearney State College, now University of Nebraska - Kearney, where he also excelled in football. With extensive connections and years of experience as a reputable broker in eastern Nebraska, Bob leverages his expertise to ensure his clients enjoy a meticulously planned and successful experience.

Bob started Pinnacle Commercial Group in 2015 and grew it to a $100 million annual sales brokerage company.
