From beginning to end we were fully informed and consulted. Bob proceeded at our pace without pressuring us in any way (due to family circumstances we delayed posting the house). Bob Ray was paramount in helping me find a house in Asheville. I had one week to find a house, relocating from Boston. Bob not only helped me find a house within my price range and time frame, he offered invaluable advice. Being new to the area, he helped educate and advise every step of the way. Even when I was back in Boston, he kept in touch regularly, taking care of all the necessary transactions and making referrals for me when necessary.
