My experience is vast, having bought and sold homes and investment properties for Buyers, Sellers, Investors and myself, throughout the United States. Knowledge is a powerful asset and my forte. As a Broker Associate and REALTOR®, my professional real estate education keeps me current in ALL aspects of real estate including mortgage and loan, contracts, inspections, market analysis, title, etc. This is accomplished by attending conferences and lectures earning National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) real estate designations and certifications. I have the skills and expertise to perform the real estate duties you require.

Some of the courses I have completed are: (SRS), (ABR), (SRES), (MRP), (RSPS), (GRI), (GREEN), (PSA), (FMS), (CIPS) and (AHWD). I have served on REALTOR® Board Committees, received the Gold Key Award and completed Leadership and Risk Management training.

My formal education consists of a Bachelor of General Education (BGE) from University of Nebraska, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Science in System Management (MSSM) from Florida Institute of Technology.
