Bob Richey

As a native of Seattle, Bob was raised in Edmonds, attended Woodway high school, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington. His family has called the Eastside their home for the past 16 years and they currently reside in the city of Redmond. He actively serves the greater Seattle and Eastside real estate communities and looks forward to helping keep you informed about these markets and serving any real estate needs you might have.

Bob has been actively involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years as a mortgage lending professional, real estate investor, and as a realtor. As a mortgage professional he ranked in the top 10% of producers in Washington, closing over $400 million in total home loans, and has had the pleasure of helping thousands of people enjoy the wonderful blessing of homeownership. Despite all his success, he has always believed strongly in the mantra that a person’s greatest joy and happiness can only come through helping and serving others. He has a deep desire and passion for helping people achieve their life’s financial goals through the power of real estate investing. Bob has a genuine commitment to serving each of his clients with true advocacy, while leveraging his unique personal and professional real estate experiences in helping clients navigate the nuances of buying, selling, investing, and flipping real estate. Bob also feels extremely blessed to have enjoyed so much success during his career and he has always believed very strongly and passionately about giving back to the communities he serves, and he has made a commitment to donate 10% of all net proceeds from each of my transactions to The Bridge of Promise, which is an organization devoted to providing social, educational, and recreational activities to adults with special needs and disabilities.
