Bob Shiller

Bob is the founding Broker and Owner of the Shiller Family Real Estate. He and his team of agents have represented residential buyers and sellers in the North Metro Atlanta and Athens area for almost ten years helping them get GREAT DEALS ON GREAT HOMES.

A long-time knowledgeable resident of the region, Bob has lived in and owned homes in Marietta (East Cobb), Cumming, Kennesaw and Dawsonville (Lake Lanier).

Bob’s business experience includes several years as a real estate investor specializing in foreclosures, flips and rentals. He also founded and managed two successful high-tech companies in Roswell and Alpharetta. Those experiences laid the foundation for his long-term success in finding and listing GREAT DEALS ON GREAT HOMES for his clients.

Bob moved to North Metro Atlanta from Connecticut in the 1990s, his children went to school here and his daughter recently graduated from University of Georgia. Being imbedded in this community for a long time has given him a deep understanding of the local market including the school systems as well as how GREAT DEALS ON GREAT HOMES can be found and successfully negotiated.
