Decided to move forward with Bob after meeting with multiple other realtors. His experience spoke for itself while having our first sit down with him, he was realistic with us about how the process would move forward and what we should expect. We had to travel out of state while our house was on the market and unfortunately rarely had cell reception. Bob was understanding and did a great job of keeping us up to date while being receptive and respectful of our boundaries and schedule. Would give 6 stars if I could, would certainly recommend!

Bob was diligent in looking for properties that would work for us and once a decision was made, worked with us through the whole process in a very professional way. We really enjoyed working with Bob. He was so responsive, worked harder than any realtor we have had in the past and we have sold 5 different homes over the years.

He made great suggestions, did many extra things since we live in Omaha to save us a trip to Lincoln. He helped with finding people to fix a few items and even helped us hire someone to mow the grass.
