Hi, I'm Bob! When someone want my attention, I usually hear "Hey Bob!" That’s great because that's what I respond to. Since you’re reading my BIO, I assume you would like to know a little bit about me and what makes me unique in the world of real estate agents. Is that a safe assumption?

Wonderful, let’s get started. I’m blessed to be married to my college sweetheart for over 38 years. In 1998, we found the city of Arnold, MO, a wonderful place to live, work and play. We bought our home, raised two sons through the Fox C-6 School District and have one (so far) awesome grandchild.

I’m a United States Air Force veteran. I served in medical logistics, Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Then with the Missouri Air National Guard in electronics systems technology, Jefferson Barracks, St. Louis, MO.

My community activities include the Meramec Arnold Eagles Aerie 3678, of the Fraternal Order of Eagles (FOE) and the Boy Scouts Of America Greater St. Louis Area Council's Trail guide horse program at Beaumont Scout Reservation.

I work as Licensed Realtor® specializing home downsizing with Coldwell Banker Realty - Gundaker because of their amazing marketing technology, systems and Training such as RealVitalize, MOXI, Coldwell Banker University CBU.

My real estate license allows me to help people with downsizing their homes or buy and sell residential real estate anywhere in Missouri. Let’s be real, that’s a lot of area! So, I focus in on the St. Louis market, doable, still very big though. I concentrate my efforts where I live, work and play, Jefferson County and St. Louis County. Here I stay informed about Arnold, Fenton and nearby, Imperial, Oakville, and Mehlville.

To help your real estate experience go smoothly, I invest in improving my skills beyond the required continuing education. Furthermore, I employ systems to guide you through the real estate process. As my client you will always know what is going on with your transaction. That’s what you want, Right?

I am so glad I made the decision to list my home with Bob Weibrecht. This was my first time selling a home. Bob responded to calls and emails in a very timely manner , answered all my questions, kept me update through the entire process and sold my home quickly.
