Bob Winney

Karen and Bob have lived in Overland Park, KS for most of their lives and are deeply involved in the community. They both spent their early lives in small towns. Her parents moved them here from western Kansas so they could take advantage of the excellent public schools. Karen moved here from Atchison, KS as a young adult. They have faced many of the family issues that their clients deal with, raising kids, helping their aging parents, being grandparents and are always cognizant of what people are going through as it relates to their real estate activities on their behalf. In their over 24 years of helping well over 1000 individuals and families with their housing needs, they have made many friends for life and have learned a thing or two about how to win in any market.
