We just purchased our first home in North Clairemont area with Bob as our realtor and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. The home buying process can be very intimidating, but he was very patient and spent as much time as necessary answering all of our questions, and believe me it was a lot!

Bob and his team were extremely responsive whether it was just a call back to answer lingering questions or setting up a last minute showing. As we explored multiple properties and neighborhoods he provided honest feedback and valuable insight for finding a home that was perfect for us. We were able to put together a competitive offer and succeed in purchasing our first home, which also happen to be our first offer! We will be recommending Bob to our friends when they decide to shop for a home!!

He was extremely helpful in explaining all the steps in the process, providing expert advice, and connecting me with all the right resources. Bob listened to my needs and wants in a home and provided great insight into which neighborhoods and types of homes would be a good fit for my budget and lifestyle.

Working with Bob was an absolute delight, he was very responsive and moved quickly to ensure that we were always one of the first to see a new listing and he gave great advice on aspects of homes that might not work well for a newbie not looking to take on major projects. I am so so happy that Bob and I connected to jump into the real estate process together. It was my first home purchase, and he helped me through the entire process so easily - including providing great insights, connecting with great resources (mortgage, inspection, etc), and keeping the momentum going as we looked for "the one".

Because we were hunting during the pandemic, viewing homes had to be done with a real estate agent present - many times I'd share through interest of a place to Bob in the morning, and we'd have an appointment within 24 hours, sometime even that same afternoon. A partner like this is a must in this hot market. I don't think I would have gotten my fabulous Downtown condo without his dedication!

Now anytime a friend perks up about interest in buying, I always let them know I have a great recommendation for a real estate agent.
