She exceeded our expectations, answered our phone calls and text with any questions we had and we closed on a house we love with 45 days and that's only because I had an unusual situation as a first time homebuyer with an FHA loan. I moved to the area from out of state quickly due to a career change and so I had no idea of even where to begin. The first realtor I worked with was very disappointing as they only showed me properties that I had found through my own research. I was extremely frustrated with the entire process when Bobbi was recommended to me and I cannot tell you what a breath of fresh air she was. After contacting her on a Friday afternoon, she circled back with a list of homes that fit the criteria I had given her and already had times set up to show them the next morning! I could not believe it!! After spending most of the day with me, she then came back out when she learned of another property she thought that might appeal to me, driving a considerable distance for her just to do so.
It isn’t just that her work ethic is second to none, (because it is!!!!) but I recall clearly that she asked me about my hobbies, my work and social environment. She wanted to understand who I was so that she could truly help me find a home, not simply a place to live. I cannot overstate how impressive this was! She made suggestions on my criteria that great expanded my choices. Not only that but she always explained to me why she thought I should go in a direction – this was HUGE for me as it showed she had my best interests in mind.
Her patience and openness throughout the process were unbelievable! She was always available to answer any questions I might have and I felt throughout as if I were her most important client. Not only that, but she will FIERCELY protect the interests of her clients during the negotiation phase.
The bottom line is that she helped me find the perfect home in a challenging market that met my exact needs. She then navigated a difficult negotiation with ease with better results than I could have hoped for! I cannot highly recommend her enough - Simply put, she is central Florida’s best kept real-estate secret!

We are extremely fortunate to have found Bobbi. A referral from a mortgage broker, we knew the referral was well deserved from the outset ! She is a consumate professional. A full service agent. She knows her markets. Bobbi has a comprehensive understanding the real estate business. She is equally capable of representing buyers and sellers. She was insightful and her instincts are to be trusted. She represented us on 3 deals over 18 months. We sold two homes and purchased one. She was integrally involved in all aspects of the deals. We got the asking price on both sales. For the purchase, we were extremely selective and had very detailed requirements. We searched and competed in a sellers market for 12 months. Bobbi was relentless. She showed tremendous patience and boundless energy. She made herself available often times on very short notice. She found us a home that met our needs and at a good price. In addition to everything above...she is connected and has very needed professional relationships with other professionals that are mortgage brokers, builders, in title insurance, home inspection, termite inspection, contractors, painters, flooring, electrical, pavers, handymen...you name it! And we used them all. Above all else, she is a pleasure to do business with even when the business gets tough. She deserves this honest and lengthy review. We highly recommend Bobbi Bain.

Bobbi was always available to answer any questions I had. I have made many memories in my home over 23 years and Bobbi made what was an emotional experience that much easier for me.
