This house will have a lot line revision completed when owner receives a non-contingent contract on the house to include 5 acres +/-. The house already has a 30 ft right of way next to the fence (will need to be cleaned out to make passable). The house was in great condition until a leak in the basement caused mold since no one was living in the home. The main floor and up stairs needs remoldeled
