I moved from Pennsylvania to Spring Hill, Florida in 2023 after traveling the state of Florida and visiting many of the areas from the Atlantic Coast, Pensacola region and finally up the Gulf Coast finding Hernando County to be affordable and beautiful. This area provides gorgeous views of the gulf coast and sunsets, cool clear rivers and springs of a beautiful blue hue with an abundance of wildlife. You are also within an hour drive away to beautiful beaches in Clearwater, Dunedin and St. Petersburg. Spring Hill and surrounding has a lot to offer and is still close to pristine beaches but far away enough to provide a more rural feeling without a lot of congestion and traffic. I have got to know the area very well from living here and showing homes to clients since last July 2023 when I received my Florida real estate licensure.
