Our family has been investing in properties in the DC,MD,VA area since 1999, our family has years of investment property experience dealing with countless professionals in the rental and purchase market. Mr. Bobby Cato has been a recent (2017) addition to our investment formula and we have been absolutely blown away by his expertise in the market and his huge network of professional contacts that has helped us manage and expand a prosperous property portfolio.

The results speak for themselves, Bobby is the most proactive and effective real estate professional my family has ever met. Since 2017, our family has been consulting Bobby on all our properties both commercial and residential. He has found and sold properties for myself, my brother, and my father. We have all benefited from Bobby’s real estate advice. With Bobby we have had success with finding both home and commercial rental occupants for our current properties and also success with my newly acquired home and rental properties.

Our biggest impression during our time together was Bobby helping us maintain a healthy financial status through the Covid pandemic. Top rate experience from an A+ guy! Bobby is who you want to rent or sell your home. He is easy to work with, patient, knowledgeable and a helluva nice guy.

My Realtor Bobby Cato was very professional and patient with me regarding the sale of my home. He understood my needs and what amount I wanted from the sale. He keep me abreast with comps of sale in my neighborhood and advised me along the way.

Because of the Covic-19 situation, he wanted me to be safe, so he schedule appointments for potential buyers to see my house instead of an open house. He had protective equipment for them to use. I recommend him to anyone interested in selling their home.

Bobby has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He sold a condo for me and the entire process ran smoothly. He really has a good sense of the market and priced my condo to sell, but at top dollar. I was under contract in less than a week. Since then he’s been my buyers agent. He knows the entire DMV like the back of his hand. Doesn’t just know one neighborhood.
