I am a real estate investor and have bought and sold multiple properties. I have worked with multiple brokers. I have never had a better experience than I did with Bobby Davidson. When I had a property in Florida that was left in a distress state after the last tenant, I hired Bobby to help me sell the property. Bobby went to the property and valuated, sent me photos and made suggestions. When I flew into Florida to deal with the house. Bobby was there to greet me. Bobby introduced me to contractor‘s, painter‘s, window, people and plumbers. He also shared his local vendors and discounts with me. This is just a short list of what Bobby did for me:
Accompanying me, while I shop for new fans and lighting fixtures
Met all vendors that needed access to the property.
Change lightbulbs, scooped the dirty water out of the dishwasher, and even scrubbed the patio flooring.
Do yourself a favor if you need a realtor to represent you selling or buying property, hire, Bobby Davidson!
