We met Tyler at an open house, and he helped us buy and sell at the same time. Tyler was able to get our first offer accepted, and then sold our home over asking price. We are first time home buyers and Tricia and her team have been absolutely wonderful to work with. We had no idea how to buy a house but thankfully she guided us and really held our hands through every step of the way. She would constantly check up on us and communicate with us to make sure that all of our questions were answered. When the offer for our first dream home got rejected (seller didn't even give us a chance to counter), we were pretty disappointed. However, Tricia was able to find us the exact same floor plan in the same community (before it was officially listed). She worked really hard to advocate for us to the seller and their agent. In the end, we ended up getting the house and it was even better than the first home. Tricia made it clear from the beginning that she really cared about us and getting us our dream home. I'm very grateful for all the work her and her team did for us and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a realtor that actually cares about you.

After interviewing 6 Realtors I hired Bobby to help me with selling my property. He was the ONLY one to anticipate my particular needs and he quickly offered solutions/options that gave me peace of mind. Because of his experience and knowledge he completely took the stress out of selling my home! His honesty, integrity, thoroughness in covering all bases and confidence put all parties involved with the sale at ease. Also, he actually encouraged me to list the property for more money than I was suggesting. Bobby saved me quite a bit of money in unneeded repairs and improvements while other realtors were telling me to spend tens of thousands of dollars on the property in order to list for sale. Bobby positioned the sale to sell quickly and sold it in "as is" condition and for 65,000 more than we listed. That amount was far above the dollar amount other Realtors advised me to list. More importantly along with the experience of a successful easy sale is the fact that Bobby ALWAYS returned my calls promptly and was ready, willing and able to answer any and all of my questions! To say it was a pleasure to work with him seems like an understatement! I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for the VERY BEST in a Realtor service as he truly cares about his clients!

I've known Bobby for 20 years, he is not your average real estate agent. Even back when he was just getting started he had goals and ambitions written down on his bathroom mirror. I've watched him excel and grow and he inspires me constantly with his discipline and his warm heart. You won't find a better real estate agent in San Diego. He recently helped me buy my house this last summer. The seller was very challenging to say the least, 12 hour renegotiations etc. Bobby put in all the extra time needed, never complained, always had a positive attitude and his years of experience paid off in what was a very tricky situation. You want him in your corner, because you'll win.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Jason and the team at Martins Realty Group. On a whim, we decided to sell our house with the intention of upgrading to a new home. We met with Jason and Bobby to discuss our idea and they laid out our options. They were very confident, genuine, and reassuring that this was a perfect time to do this. That initial meeting to actually moving into our new home happened in a span of less than 2 months. Through staging, open house, negotiations, and inspections, it was very stressful with things moving so fast. However, Jason ran things very smoothly and assured as that everything will work out. There were many little "freaking out" moments, but Jason was always there to bring out the positives. The whole team at Martins Realty Group was amazing to work with. We felt that they were by our sides during the whole process. We are beyond happy and excited to raise our family and create memories in our new home!
