Pros: - Bobby ensures clients get the best value in town. We closed the deal lower than the listed price in one of the hottest areas and within 4 days of the listing(very rare). It is his ability to pull strings and get things done that matters in such cases. - Bobby is always available. There was an instance, we went to view a property around 10:00am in the morning thinking we were going to put in an offer that morning itself.
