The perfect house came on the market and the next day he got us a showing and worked all day to put together an aggressive and savvy offer. As a Lender, having a realtor that goes beyond the basic services is a must! I worked with Bobby on a first time home buyer situation and in this market he was able to find our client the perfect home, that was not even on the market, with the perfect sellers that were willing to accept an FHA situation. Looking for awhile by myself but than someone told me about Mr. Patton and he listen to everything we wanted. My children were harder than me and than as we went to see different houses my children calm down to where we got something just for us. In January 2021, my husband passed from COVID complications and in August 2021 our only daughter went out of state to college so I needed to downsize our home. Bobby Patton was HIGHLY recommended as a realtor. Recently relocated to Nashville. Met Bobby at an Open House. Bobby followed up the following day. Although not looking to buy, I explained to him what I was looking for - a short-term furnished rental with walkability until I was ready to purchase. Always responsive, and staying on top of things, he was able to find me a fully furnished, newer build rental property and within budget. As someone new to the area, and having worked with dozens of realtors over the years, Bobby was AMAZING and wonderful to work with.

In a market that was very tuff he listen to what our needs were and made it his personal mission to get my family in the perfect house. His sacrifice to his personal time to accommodate my work schedule was crucial in getting house a great home.
