Bogdan is so friendly and down to earth, while remaining professional and absolutely committed. Nothing pretentious like you find with many realtors. He will tell you the facts and not try to sugar coat anything or pressure you, he just wants to help find the perfect spot, and for you to be happy. And he is very dedicated to making that happen! I recently purchased a proprety with Bogdan Stefanide as my agent and I would like to thank him for the dedication, knowledge and level of communication he has exemplified over the entire course of the process.
The entire experience truly felt like we were part of the same team working to achieve the common goal of finding a proprety which displayed the characteristics i was seeking. Bogdan's ability of meeting and exceeding my expectations was even more remarkable as the search and ultimatelly the transaction took place in a very difficult full pandemic environment and in a clearly seller's market.
